I never used to need a nap. A lot of people can say this. They were always on the go. They were riding out, they were pushing on, they were partying til late, they were never slowing down, they were running on very little sleep. They might have thought that it was insane to sleep a lot, or to need to sleep. That's them. Others have always required sleep, or used their sleep as a tool for their health. Now we're growing a little bit older and the need for a nap has taken on a whole meaning. A whole necessity. Why didn't some of us need naps when we were younger? Why do some of us need more naps now? Does needing naps symbolize weakness to you? For some people it does. The feeling that naps mean weakness or old age can make some people avoid them. Has that been the case for you? Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about tonight at 7PM ET on The Daily Gogetemism Show. Check this out:  https://youtube.com/live/WNnQIk06amU?feature=share
