Going to work sad. We have probably all done it. Some of us reveal the reason that we are unhappy and some of us keep it to ourselves and try to work through it. Life goes on and bills still need to get paid. This truth becomes the most apparent when we have to go make the bacon, regardless of how bad we may be feeling at our worst times. Plenty of jobs offer bereavement days to compensate for we suffer a loss of a loved one. The problem can be that jobs put a value on the person who you have lost, in terms of how many days you may need to take off. So, you may get a week or two off for a parent passing away, but get no days off for a best friend passing away. It can be even more stressful when you don't have good bonds with coworkers to help ease the pain of dealing with a loss. This is what makes some people hide what they may be going through, while others may feel more comfortable expressing their pain. If you don't have good relationships with coworkers, you can wind up going to work sad and being at work mad. Let's talk.

That's what we're talking about today at 1PM ET on The Urban Therapy with Sun Show. Check this out:  https://youtube.com/live/IvJkC0zPdV4?feature=share
