Being arrested by the police can be a scary thing, even if it's not you who has been arrested. A lot of things run through your mind as you are having the handcuffs put on you. Are the cops going to hurt you? Will you be locked up for a long time? How will you get out? Will the bail be really high? Will you have to get a lawyer? Will your business affairs be taken care of? Who's gonna walk and feed your dog? Will this affect my criminal record in the future?  All of these things can go through your mind and it may not be you who is being arrested.
