Who is in total control of birth? Although we don't live in a country like China where the government can put a cap on the amount of children a family can have there are often subtle ways our own government suggests that we should exercise our population growth. Is this right? What about welfare? What about strength in numbers? What are the social ramifications of this? Should we or would you terminate your ability to reproduce?
