Triffany Hammond with the Wellness Accomplice, LLC

Triffany Hammond is a certified life coach and trauma and illness recovery coach. She helps people who have experienced severe or prolonged hardship find meaning in their experience in order to fully leverage all of the lessons learned throughout their lives. She believes that life serves, even when it's painful and as a result has made it her mission to help people love themselves again. In addition to being the creator of the "Fail to Win" tele course that helps people embrace the whole of their journey in order to create happiness in their lives, she's the author of the soon to be published book by the same name, she's a teacher at Colorado Free University and owner of The Wellness Accomplice, LLC where she offers her courses, workshops and coaching. Triffany's has come out the other side of her own trauma and illness more empowered and happy than she's ever been and has made it her life's work to help others do the same.
