Author and Host, Lori Wilk, shares insights from her book "Without Me You'll Be Eating Out of Garbage Cans." This book was created to help people get away from mental, physical, and emotional abuse. Later on, we'll focus on the positive fun and cooking for a loved one can make a relationship so special with author, Rocky Fino, " Will Cook for Sex."
