Last week we spoke about focus and how to develop that. This focus provides a foundation for going deeper, into the core. What is the core? How can we make sure to allow our work on the mat actually meet and develop our core? The core of who we are can refer to the body and to the rest of our lives. Let's look at the core together. We'll share some of the core concepts offered by Sadie Nardini about the deep inner core. We'll continue to build our dancer pose (Natarajasana), and have a little relaxation at the end.
