If you don't Study God's Word,you won't know when it's been twisted pt.1

MANY people claim to speak FOR God.MANY claim to KNOW His Word. One of the MANY CLICHES are "I read my Bible",and "I KNOW what God's Word says",and then there's also "I pray everyday",and "I TALK to God EVERYDAY". That's JUST what these are:cliches. You'd BE SURPRISED at just HOW MANY DON'T know God.They may know ABOUT Him,but NOT know HIM! This was the problem that the religious leaders of Scripture had with Jesus. They even asked HIM ""By what authority are You doing these things, or who gave You this authority to do these things?",in Mark 11:28,then Jesus said "(29) I will ask you one question, and you answer Me, and then I will tell you by what authority I do these things.(30) Was the baptism of John from heaven, or from men? Answer Me."Scripture then says that in verse 33,they said "(33) Answering Jesus, they said, "We do not know." And Jesus said to them, "Nor will I tell you by what authority I do these things."It is VERY IMPORTANT to KNOW what The Word of God says about a subject,before you take ANY stand AGAINST something that is said.
