Papal Resignation - What Really Happened?

TONIGHT, We will be talking about the recent resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, who has gained the distinction of being the first Roman Catholic Pope to quit on the job in six hundred years.  The "Prophecy of St. Malachy," a document of dubious origin variously attributed to Nostradamus or a 12th century Irish Bishop, claims that this upcoming Pope will be the LAST Pope.  Could this possibly be the case?  Who are the most likely candidates?
