Interview with Deputy Solicitor Ouida Dest

On today's show we will be interviewing Ouida Dest who is a deputy solicitor with the 16th Circuit in South Carolina.  She is in charge of the family court branch of the office and we will be discussing the differences between prosecuting juvenile and adult offenders and some of the alternatives to traditional sentencing used.
