Touch points are one of the most powerful ideas for marketing. Whether it’s a big ticket item or small items, the more times you can present a buying opportunity to a client, the more likely they will buy. The concept is simple. You want to put something in front of someone as often as possible. And when you are in front of someone, make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to present your message to them. Keep in mind when I say “sell something”, that can still be applied to whatever your call to action is on your website.
