Trauma and Abuse Specialist, Stephana Johnson hosts this provocative and sensitive show about Healing from our Past Traumas, including sexual abuse and domestic violence. She explores the process of healing in a way that is holistic from the perspective of long term well being as opposed to a quick fix. Stephana hopes to share how to develop a healthy healing protacol by exploring various holistic healing modalities, tools, strategies and skills that she has used personally for healing her own personal trauma as well as the tools she uses healing her clients. Experts in various healing modalities will join in to discuss how we can better heal from our past trauma and find joy, love and success in the now and beyond.
