Tell the Truth Tuesday: Sit Yo Behind Down

Fresh back from Houston! I do not feel refreshed but I feel enlightened. There are only about 2 days a year I have a bad day. They are not any specific days. For the most part, I am happy to be here. Happy to be alive. When I landed in Houston, it turned into a bad day. Triggers. The next day was stellar. Attended the private brunch of Rico aka @bossliferico and 40th birthday celebration later that evening. My girls were all man down so I had to go solo. I took that Monday to do normal shit with my friends. Actually went to dinner and a movie. Went to see Bad Boys 2. Our beloved #santisimamuerte was all up in the movie. She was depicted perfectly. FIRST do no harm...no mal intent. LAST...do not lie. We lie to ourselves each day we do not accept that some of our demons were created to protect us. I forgot about GRIEF. Let me tell yall how the universe reminded me.
