2018 Tried to Kill Us

I'm not sure about ya'll but 2018 tried to kill me. 2017 was a year of realizations but 2018 is literally stabbing me with reality. Of course, I am going to talk about my truths this week. I will include the probable nervous breakdown I had the other day when I didnt sleep for almost 36 hours...due to honoring commitments. Then I realized the most important commitment I can have is to myself and family. Then just like that...POOF...lesson learned.
