Georgia resident Carl Swensson, a computer specialist, says he got tired of the issues over Obama's eligibility, as well as his performance in office. So, over the weekend he assembled 25 jurors who took sworn testimony from several sources, including attorney Orly Taitz, and then generated an indictment that later was forwarded to the U.S. attorney, the state attorney general and others in law enforcement across the state. Swensson says the authority for the grand jury is the Magna Carta, the bill of rights that formed the foundation of British common law on which U.S. law is based.
