We will discuss the variables, influences and often the outcome when we remember and when we forget.For some of us we have memories that date back to our toddler years, and yet for other people, their childhood seems vague and hazy. Our spiritual energy or core is our control center and often is much like a trap door. Deciding or choosing what memories to allow through and what perhaps are better not recalled. In the last 20 years, the psychological field views are memories as the key to our future potential and happiness. But does our spirit agree and is it always best to remember or are we often spared because we forgot or have no apparent recall?
