PRIDE: What does this mean to you?

With the one-step-at-a-time victories claimed on behalf of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered Community, we see and hear about more and more "Pride celebrations" popping up nearly (and even overlapping) every region, state, city and town both large and small in population. Last night Bruh Armagedon and myself discussed the genesis of one's journey into what we know as the Rainbow Community. we touched upon personal experiences, both ours as well as our listeners, in an effort to recognize, rejoice and embrace "the skin we're in" without stigma, embarassment, or condemnation.
