Harm Reduction Discussed

I first met this guest while she was working in a program that is a tenant of Hayti, RCOD....She has been involved in Harm Reduction work which basically makes sure that while people are on drugs, they are not even further hurting themselves by using dirty needles and other things..Yes, they work on recovery but they want to make sure that the transition is relatively easy.......
