College Friend and Activist Still At It

Tula Connell, The Author of Conservative Counterrevolution: Challenging Liberalism in 1950s Milwaukee, will be joining us tonight.  I first met this activist when we were both at Marquette University and I look forward to hearing what she is working on.

Her life experience has included working for the AFL-CIO and helping to create trade unions around the world and her research has included the study of social movements around the world.
