My name is Donald Govan, I've been cooking for 20 plus years, owned a catering business to help out single mothers who were too busy to cook for their children. I believe all children deserve a home cooked meal. Therefore, I created my own catering service where I went to single mothers home and cooked meals for their children that will last a couple days. About two years ago I got into fitness and the healthy lifestyle. After many years of drinking, I decided to live a healthier lifestyle for myself and children. Now I feel better, lost 40 – 50 pounds (kept it off), have more energy and some of my medical conditions have gone away (acid reflux). I'm not a trainer, nutritionist or doctor. I'm a home cookchef) that care about living a healthier life and would like to share what I have learned with you.
