CHAMBER OF PRAYER - TRANSMUTING FURY

Today, I realize the foolishness of "an eye for an eye" path to peace. I stop and realize that every thought of revenge reinforces chain reactions that go back and forth and back and forth until few are standing on all sides of conflict. Someone has to stop the gaining momentum that leads to war.

I choose this day to step out of the chain of reactiveness. I initiate a new chain of action fueled by Divine Love, moving in the direction of Divine Right Action. As I use the energy of my reactions to spur me along a new course of action, I shout to the world that we can stop the violence and the wars. We can redirect our energies of sorrow and anger in the direction of our Highest Nature. We can focus our hearts on the vision of a world where we seek understanding before we allow the momentum aroused by fear and fury to carry us into violence. Today, I shout into the air that we all breathe, "Let us be lifted up to the Highest Nature of our Being where we have Wisdom and Understanding --where we know the Truth of our Being." Every buried memory of violent attacks, abuse, war, mis-steps, neglect, or wrong actions is washed in the Light of a re-newed Inner Knowing. My soul connects with the souls of all who hold the threads of past offenses, and I hear the Inner Self speak into our hearts new insights and revelations. Anger shifts into Understanding and Compassion, and I am propelled into a state of forgiveness in which I recall the Presence in everyone -- sometimes hidden but always Pre-sent.~Maisha
