Thirteen, in sacred numbers, becomes four (1+3=4). Four is a number that represents "squaring up" the framework for laying a new foundation.  2013 is a year for determining or outlining  the foundation for our lives and our world going forward. Life is changing rapidly; yet, systems and institutions have not shifted to accommodate the emerging changes. The old world of work and employment is bound to change even more as technologies replace hands-on human efforts more and more. How are we preparing ourselves for the changes so we avoid social, economic, and cultural trauma?
