Drunk Drivers, God's Will, & the News According to Hughes

You may have heard of the horrible tragedy of a young couple killed with their unborn child as they were making their way to the hospital to have their baby. AWFUL, SENSELESS tragedy.

We are finding out the suspect has a manslaughter record as well as a DWI just a MONTH before this incident. What should be done with drunk drivers? How do we deal with this menace? Is there anything that can be done?

And then I want us to explore the idea of "God's Will" because many are saying that this is what God wanted. How could God want a baby to die hours before it was going to be born?? IS it God's Will? Or just the randomness of the Universe?
