Joann Trodahl is Project Coordinator and Graduate Admissions Counselor at the Siegel Institute for Leadership, Ethics and Character.  She is responsible for project/program coordination and counsels students in matters relating to the Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics at the Institute. Joann graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in sociology at Kennesaw State University in 2004 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in American Studies.   

Dr. Linda Johnston is Executive Director of the Siegel Institute for Leadership, Ethics & Character and an Associate Professor at Kennesaw State University.  She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Master’s in Institutional Administration from Michigan State University.  Dr. Johnston’s research interests include sports-related violence, ethics, leadership, bullying, racial and ethnic conflict, health-related conflict, narrative and discourse theory, and world view theory.
