In this episode, Diane's special guest is Susan Haber. She is a manager, television packager, brand-developer and media consultant, specializing in representing talent, producers and unscripted alternative/reality television and internet formats. 

One of Susan’s great successes was the sale of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition”, where she represented Ty Pennington, whose brand she built from the beginning. Susan began her career at one of the top five talent agencies in the world, ICM, where she assisted in the representation of Katie Couric, Larry King, Jay Leno, Connie Chung, Suze Orman, Ed Zwick, Marshall Hershkovitz, David Milch and Jeff Zucker. She then became an agent at the boutique agency, Rebel Entertainment Partners, where she ran their hosting and personality division for 6 years.

In 2006, Susan opened her own talent management company, Haber Entertainment and is enjoying continued success. Her favorite part about her career is that she loves making talented people visible in the world and pushing people up!
