Kim Cutlip with the Scioto Foundation earned her Masters of Fine Art in History and Art History from Ohio University. She has been the Scioto Foundation’s(SF) Executive Director for the past 20 years, during which time she institutionalized such programs as University/College Access Network (UCAN) and Scioto Gives. Since hiring Cutlip, SF assets have doubled to well over 32 million, making it the largest Community Foundation in South Central Ohio.
