Your host, Viyahta, is back from a week long retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. What a healing and enlightening experience can occur when we are open to explore, embrace and release fears of the unknown. This podcast will introduce you to the sounds of Costa Rica, specifically the Howler Monkey, and learn of some special purposes of the humming bird. Many Americans are unfamiliar with the country of Central America so this is an opportunity to learn about the location and the creatures that dwell there.
