You Choose~

Every day we must choose! Choose What? What and how we choose anything is a function of things we think we control, or know that we don't. Little things such as what type of coffee, and what we put in it. What we eat for breakfast, or don't. Whether we go to school or work, or play hookie (an ancient word used to describe 'going fishing')! Sometimes we come to a realization that in certain cases, and under certain circumstances we will accept the fact that we don't have a choice, that the choice by it's very existance has been made for us. For example, you are in the Army and your superior officer has given you and order, which you MUST obey. Or your boss tells you to do something that will possibly jeopardize your next promotion if you don't do it, but that order is unethical.

Life is all about choice, and you alway have a choice, even when you don't recognize that a choice even exiists.

This is particularly true and poignant in choices that involve ethics, morals, and integrity.

But there are other choices that you can ignore or choose not to see, that affect more that the life we now know in ways that we now cannot see. These choices have been carefully hidden under the cloud of a desire to believe something that you have been taught is true, but in fact is a bald faced lie. You have been told by credible authority that to gain salvation and eternal life all you must do is 'believe' a certain way, based on certain words, that have been put in a place that you have been taught from earliest childhood are true, and cannot be questioned; that to even question these words will cause you to lose that very eternal life that could be saved by questioning.

Another way to say this is, "Faith allows a person to believe a lie AS IF it is the truth, without accountability". Faith abrogates all need to choose between truth an lies. You must choose!
