Mistakes happen to everyone, everyday. Sometimes the result is innocuous, other time devistating. The one thing every type of mistake has in common is that we all wish we had not made them, because the consequence is not what we SAY we want to do. If you continue to make the same mistake over and over what you are doing is not a mistake, it is a choice. God understands mistakes, They also understand choices. When They hear a 'sinner' ask for forgivness, but that person continues to make that 'mistake' again and again believing that it is impossible for them to NOT sin, then God knows that sinner has not repented. Christianity, via the apostle Paul, teaches that no one can NOT sin, and that salvation is granted by God in spite of, and inclusive of our sin; in other words, we are save IN our sin, because we will always sin. Is this true? Does God allow for our continued sin in our salvation to eternal life? We at Spirit of Truth Ministry will answer this and other pressing questions on our program The Bible on Trial.
