The Bible was much more a political manifesto than it was a religious treatus, and yet today it is held in highest regard by those that 'believe' that God wrote every word in it. If this is true, then there would be NO conflict between the Old Testamen and the New Testament, and between the eyewitness disciples that Jesus taught in person and writers that never met Jesus while He was here on earth.
