Digesting Raw Emotions

Fear in the future meets anger in the past. Yes sapes, it's time to Go Vernal! again...We begin our somatic 'Spring Training" this WED by taking on the physical side of our emotional armor. The transition from Winter to Spring can be damn irritating to both body and soul. I'll be offering a LIVE READ of the Connecting Rituals my clients do to make the awakening not as rude. We'll also take a look back at what was a noisy weekend globally as our Earth Momma opened a can of whipass on us in Chile, the Pacific, and even Japan (they had 6.9 quake too!). Europe and the US had major storms too - I was in a damn snowicane here...Even the Earth wakes up mad now! We'll consult the SAPEVINE for some reasons why.
