Friday November 11th at Noon EST: Author Phil Saylor joins host Donna Amos to discuss his newest book Retire To—Not From and how to properly prepare for retirement.
Phil Saylor has worked for himself for over forty years. After studying Advertising at VCU, he started a painting and remodeling company. He moved to Atlanta in 1978 where he met his wife Anna. Phil and his wife built houses in the 90s and in 2002 Phil published his first fiction novel Dreamaire. In 2003 he founded Tuscan Stone Mantels, a cast stone company manufacturing stone mantels and kitchen hoods. In May of this year, Tate Publishing released his newest book Retire To – Not From which Phil promotes along with the publisher.
You may or may not be ready to retire financially but chances are you are not ready psychologically. Retire To – Not From explores the fact that planning on what you are going to do with your time after retirement is just as important as having the money to retire.
Phil will discuss what inspired him to write Retire To—Not From, why he compares leaving home to retirement, and how you can properly prepare for retirement.
