Welcome to another exciting and informative episode of The Fantasy Six Pack Hour. Joe Bond and A.J. Applegarth will be your hosts as we are in the middle of Week 3 of the Fantasy Baseball season.

They first cover the Starling Marte suspension and just how you should handle that if you are a Marte owner.

The main topic tonight is going to be about how to be a good Fantasy Baseball Commissioner. This is a topic Joe and A.J. have had many recent discussions about off air. There are just too many mistakes that people make when running a league, this can result in owners getting pissed, arguments, and even worse the league folding.

They teach you, from personal experience, what to do and not to do when running a league.

Next, they play a little game of Real or Fake. No, they're not talking Women's plastic surgery, they are talking about players hot starts to the season. They get into players like Eric Thames, James Paxton and more.

Injuries are really hitting us hard this early season so they will cover all of those from Josh Donaldson to Rich Hill, yes that Rich Hill, landing on the DL. They even touch on a few players that should be returning from the DL soon.

If you want to get in on the discussion yourself, feel free to call in live during the show to ask them your own burning questions. Otherwise, you can always send them in via Twitter to @fantasysixpack, and hear your questions get answered live on air.
