Four years ago, Super Star & Rock Star started their vision of ROCKSTAR SUPERSTAR PROJECT. They wrote and recorded their CD, Serenity, & Super Star wrote his book “The First 30 Days to Serenity”. And are now collaborating with “We are One”. Super Star is the key presenter & spokesperson. He is a musician, author and a former owner/president of a successful computer consulting firm who lost it all to a drug addiction. He has rebuilt a life of purpose & commitment geared toward anti-substance abuse campaigning. He is a sought after speaker for schools, events, radio, television and print, sharing his knowledge and experience.

Super Star’s goal is to engage others in vital conversation about the impact of substance use disorder and enable them see that that there is HOPE. He communicates in an honest & effective manner offering inspiration and hope to others through his powerful message of rebranding sobriety & dream catching.

Margi Taber, the VP of Programs and Operations, is a NYS Credentialed Addictions Therapist with over 20 years in the field. Her experience includes working at an adolescent residential program, an adult outpatient program and supervising an adolescent & family outpatient program. She also served on the leadership group of the Adolescent Specialty Committee at NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. Margi has additionally authored articles for Addiction Professional.

Margi’s responsibilities include development of creative and innovative programs including our assembly presentations, community events, Rockin’ Recovery Tour and RSSS Klubz. Margi is committed & passionate on spreading the message to youth & families, creating opportunities for those crucial conversations that lead to a greater understanding of and appreciation for each other.
