Hailing from Oxnard, California by way of Los Angeles, King Harris is the precedence of excellence. Influenced by artists such as Jay-Z, Biggie, MC Hammer, and Digital Underground to name a few, King Harris has developed himself into ultimately being one of the greats. As he explores the world of music through the use of his pen, paper and vocal chords on every project he ever touches, King takes us on the journey of an artist .

King Harris comes from a lineage of musicians, which would explain his natural ability to connect with the music. He and music have been acquainted since his adolescence, making his first appearance in the recording studio as a child. Yet, with such a strong background in entertainment, King did not start taking his craft seriously until the age of 13, when he discovered that he was better suited in his ability to rock the mic.

Some of King Harris' accomplishments include his work with Grammy Award winning artist Brian McKnight, featuring on the album “10.” King has also worked with Hip Hop Artists Tech N9ne (“Strangeland”), Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Stevie Stone (Rolling Stone), and The Black Hippie Crew. King Harris has also been featured as The SoapBoxx Radio's Artist of the week.
