This week, your Small Biz Big Shot hosts, Steve Smith of GrowthSource Coaching and Ken Rubin of High Road Data are pleased to welcome Joyce Arnston from Life College (Irvine Valley College) and the team at Business SoftSkills in Santa Ana, CA to talk about their amazing partnership.  For years, Business SoftSkills, headed by Jim Stedt had been marketing their soft skills training video program to new college graduates and veterans.  Then, the team met Joyce and a whole new business service was born that serves intellectually disabled adults.
