Power and Purpose: Arise & Shine, The Blessing is Upon You!

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. (Is. 43:19)

The fact of the matter is, that if you are serving God, and growing and maturing in His Word, He will place upon you new things to do in serving Him.  New projects.  New things in ministry. Because we’re going higher and higher in God, from glory to glory, from one new thing to the next new thing on GOD’S AGENDA.  And that’s what we have to always remember, that we should be working with GOD’S AGENDA!

One of the problems with accepting NEW things is not wanting to let go of the past and wanting to always do things OUR OWN WAY – having OUR OWN AGENDA, instead of GOD’S AGENDA.  But if you’re pressing toward the mark for the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus, you will encounter some NEW things along the way.  Even when it appears there’s no way for you to get through that NEW thing, God says, “I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”  But I submit to you that NEW things aren’t always comfortable, but they can be a blessing.

POWER AND PURPOSE AFFIRMATION:

With determination to walk in my purpose, God will make a way for me and give me the power to succeed.
