The Blessing Circle is a divine interruption, a gentle reminder of the abundant grace present in our lives. Faith is when we close our eyes and open our hearts...to be vulnerable, to surrender, to trust as we lean back into the arms of grace and God.

One of the greatest gifts of life is the opportunity to experience life differently. Blessing and releasing what no longer serves is a practice that enriches the mind, body and soul. In each moment we have a choice to experience greater ease and freedom... shifting our perspective and the very energy running through us. What if freedom is as close as the breath? Each moment holds the possibility of creating a new reality... In this moment we begin again, and in the next, and the next, and the next. Imagine the freedom that comes when we are no longer bound by the past.
