What's going right in your life today? Sometimes it is easy to forget to notice the blessings all around us. Science is showing the many pyschological, physical and social benefits of mindfully and intentionally practicing gratitude.Today we will step into an experience of gratitude, with the intention to cultivate gratitude on an ongoing basis. Gratitude allows us to expand beyond the hassles of life to experience the blessings. It magnifies the goodness of experience and allows us to become more resilient. It turns what we have into enough, stengthening social ties and self worth.
This is a gentle reminder to slow down and pause...be still for a moment. Connect to your spirit for guidance, light and love. Through a sacred space of divine interruptions we nurture our soul, clear our mind, and nourish our body... honoring our self-care needs and renewing our spirit. This show features a beautiful centering experience offered to gently create awareness and connection to the abundant grace present in our lives.
