Kindness is primal, a universal language recognized by the soul. An essential experience in being human, kindness is always in our power, even when we don't necessarily feel the love. Danila will share insights into the practice of cultivating kindness, and living into the fullness of our being.
Life is not always easy, and there are moments of struggle, sadness and challenges. What if hidden in experiences such as these are abundant blessings of grace?
