Our weekly loook into the world of Bail Bonds. The vast majority of Bondsman are scupulous in folling the letter of the law, complex though it is. There are a few though who bent the law and even some that totaly disregard it. While the penalties are serious, revokation of lisence etc, many states have very limited resouces to investigate reported wrong doing. So flagrent disregard of the law can go uninvestigated for a long time.

Few industries welcome more regulation an oversight, yet tere are element asking for just that.
