DC Shooting: What Really Happened?

This episode will discuss the alleged DC shooting and ask what really happened.  As of 4:42 pm the identity of the alleged shooter remained unknown and no photos or video footage has been made available concerning the alleged police chase, which took place for about 12 blocks or the alleged shooting.  What really happened and did she fire the first shot or has our country been so consumed by allege acts of terrorism that we responded inappropriately to this incident?
