Embracing Authenticity with Jill and Shelly

After having a delightful and honest conversation with my friend, Jill Lebeau, we decided to ride the wave of spontaneity and authenticity. The focus of this series of programs is to connect to the YOU radiating from the core of your being. We are consistently being challenged to claim our power, honor our integrity, let our lights shine and interact from a place of love. Authenticity requires conscious practice of looking into ourselves as well as witnessing our lives from a distance. As we come to understand the impact of our own internal dialogue, we are able to then shift into a space of gentle acceptance of who we are. Each person who comes into our lives is there to truly uplift us. Although we can't always see that, we are being offered the opportunity to connect more deeply, more intimately to the golden cord of our unique presence. We're coming out of a time when our energy has been focused on the shadow of ourselves and into a new year of shining light on the brilliance of our souls. This is OUR time and in this series of sharing, we will together discuss life experiences through which we can each step forward into our own authentic expression as Divine beings on this planet.  I am delighted to continue this series of sharing with my dear friend and colleague Jill Lebeau.
