COMPETENCE VS. CONFIDENCE

Show 12/24 COMPETENCE VS. CONFIDENCE This has been a rough year for all of us in some way, shape or form. We have and should always be in a mode of learning. However, when you come into the knowledge of some things the question is what do you do with that knowledge? Do you move out, act on and obey by applying what you know to do and/or correct? Or does fear grip you and you find yourself sitting in a stalemate? Bring it to the table...we know you are competent, but I wanna hear from those that have found confidence in the year 2010 to do something big!
