Hello everyone, I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Host for Blog Talk Radio/ Shedding Light. Today we have a Special Guest on with us, from across the Pond. Franz Kurz, a  20 year advocate, once registered with The Society For The Support Of Offenders in  the Country of Germany, and now advocating primarily for the wrongfully convicted individuals in America.

Franz has been contributing his time and efforts to helping innocent incarcerated men and women and he hopes to gain better standing of what many Americans are calling ‘A Broken Criminal Justice System’.

This is a call from over the ocean to the New World with the highest prisoner rate from coast to coast than any other industrialized democratic nation on earth.  One reason is improper investigation and prosecutorial misconduct in many cases where an innocent person is convicted.  There are many other reasons for the huge number of citizens incarcerated in the United States, but Franz focus has been on  cases of innocence. Let's welcome Franz Kurz, Advocate from Germany.
