It's Pay it Forward Friday which means...you get to share your stories of how you affected change this week in someone's life! Jeremy joined us from velocitypersonalfitness.com to talk about positive body image and the impact it has everyday in all parts of our lives. I then continued the discussion of all the publicized suicides in relation to bullying and what we can do to help our children. I shared a very real, honest and raw story of my sexual abuse and how that has affected my life and ultimately the gift it gave me. We also heard from a mom who shared her story of her sons bullying at school. All this mixed in with all my sillyness made for a great show! Tune in and join the LOVE-volution!
