Allen Shoenberger, Constitutional Law Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, will be our guest. Professor Shoenberger is a full professor of law and teaches: Constitutional Law, First Amendment Freedoms, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Law and Medicine, International Human Rights Law (Rome Program) European Human Rights (Strasbourg, Luxembourg & Brussels), European Union Law, and Appellate Practicum (clinical course). He will join us to specifically speak about America's rule of law, the legal impact of war crimes, rendition, and torture alleged to have been committed in the execution of the Global War on Terror.
