March 9th show - Feeding the poor animals

Last week, Minnesota state representative, Mary Fransen, in a YouTube video, used a comparison of the Federal SNAP program to feeding wild animals that reside in our park system. Apparently, this was not her original thought. Which leads us to wonder, is this the broad perception held by all Conservatives?
