I am NOT a counselor. But I am someone who suffers with mental illness. I have learned many techniques to help when you are in crisis. If you need someone to listen and be there for you. This is the show for you. Let's talk and see what we can come up with. Sometimes just getting it out can be a big help. If you are hurting grab my hand. I will try to pull you to safety again. I promise to listin and be non judgemental. Also if you have a family member that has mental illness let me try to help you understand.
