               Lies,Truths and Hopes - How Low Can Wall Street Go?

They built their home in 2006 starting their journey with Washington Mutual. In 2008 they requested a modification and were told that they couldn't get help since they weren't in default...  As of now - they lost their home and this month will be in SF Appellate Court in hope to reverse the decsion.

1:30 pm EST - Christy Zint-Osborn from Indiana
Owned her home for 20 years - started mortgage modification process with her husband - they were instructed by Washington Mutual to default and after 3 months and 1 day received foreclosure notice. Shortly after Christy's husband died of a heart attack. Christy tried to work modification with the bank, but she was eventually evicted from her home in 2012.

Linda is a whistle-blower who is proving to all of us that there is hope for justice! Linda is the JP Morgan Chase former VP, and she is currently working with state and federal regulators, consumers, consumer attorneys and community organizations nationwide.  She waived her rights to stay anonymous so the information does not get buried
